Can anyone confirm or deny the rumour that the RSPBA has recently promoted the PCPB to grade one?
If this is the case all the best to you and the band Bruce.

According to the Ravara Pipeband News Page (http://members.freeuk.com/ravara/news.htm) :
1st January 2002
Following the recent National Council Meeting it has been confirmed by the RSPBA that Ravara have been upgraded from Grade 2 to Grade 1. Ravara is the only band to move up into grade 1 within the Association this year. All band members are delighted with the news and are looking forward to life back in the top flight.
