NetMeeting Anybody

Rob MacNeil, Grant Maxwell and myself had a hoot the other night with video conferencing over the net with
" NetMeeting" Download Netmeeting, 1.6 Meg, at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/netmeeting/

Between Winnipeg and Vancouver we were communicating with talk, chanter and pads. Although the video speed had a touch of delay, the audio come out clean and true, plus no telephone long distance charges.

If you have a mic you can talk and play over the net. I'd like to help anyone brush up on some phrases or just play for a quick critique. If you also have a Web Cam now we can really have fun drumming.

That's a pretty good idea Buzz. I'm a side drummer from Labrador City, NF, and there isn't really any drumming instruction, or any other pipe band up here for that matter, except for my Army Cadet corps band. So I'm pretty much here drumming solo. Anyways, I've got a web-cam, and I'd like to get a little jam going... I've got to figure out how to operate it, but I'll get back to you as soon as possible Buzz.
