What are the notes for tuning shuttle pipes in the Key of "A"? Thanks.

I don't know exactly what you are asking. The drones will be playing A or E (if there is a baritone drone present). The chanter scale, from lowest note to highest note, is G, A, B, C#, D, E, F#, G, and A. A should be tuning at zero with the electronic tuner set at 440. All the A's, and D and E, should be near the zero mark. C#, F#, and G should have the needle pointing to the left a bit, more to the left for each successive note C#, F#, and G. .

I'm glad, because I wasn't quite sure what you were after. On the bagpipe scale, nearly every note deviates a bit from "zero" or "needle straight up" on an electronic tuner. Specifically, A should be at zero, B should be four cents sharp, C# 14 cents flat, D 2 cents flat, E 2 cents sharp, F# 16 cents flat, and the G's 31 cents flat. Every note will thus blend perfectly with the drones. This is how all good modern pipe bands and nearly all good soloists are tuned, and that's how I have my smallpipes tuned.
