Hi Tony,
I enjoyed the video. I see (and hear) lots of potential!
The good: Unison is quite good, and the playing is very clean, for the most part. I was particularly pleased with the unison during the slow air, which can be difficult to hold together without the help of some good drummers. I also enjoyed the harmonies throughout.
Needing work: The attack had an early chanter, the end had trailing drones. One of the pipers doesn't have the second reel quite memorized yet. Tuning was fair, but could be better. Some unsteady blowing can be heard. Reels are generally played at a faster tempo, but that is something you can work on... do not sacrifice accuracy, but push the tempo forward as best you can while keeping it clean. I'm probably not telling you anything you don't already know.
Keep up the good work!
Scott

Nice job. Tony came to Singapore a couple years ago and his BB band got first in the open category. Tony himself won first in open solo piping category. Yup, he trashed me.
