Let's try some Haiku, pipeband style!
(Remember, it's 5-7-5 syllables.)
Standing at the line,
March to the circle goes well,
Curse that trailing drone!
Give it a try! :)

What the heck is haiku?
Sounds like another form of sushi to me.
Wailing drone drones on
I reach up to stop the sound
At last, a sweet song

Two, three pace rolls start.
The hornpipe is coming on strong!
Let's nail the damn jig!
Midsection flourish:
In a flurry of white fur,
Between sides and bass.
Sweating at massed bands,
Drum major says: "By the right..."
Now we can drink beer! :)

They say to me when I play
Screw them -- I play well

These really aren't tough...
Only five, seven then five...
Why the confusion?
Syllables you see
That is what is counted here
Five, Seven, then five!
Some of them are great!
Others really cannot count...
But still really fun!
