Ok, I must say that if there is more than one John Allison out there, The guy that did me in was in Oregon at the time of the incident. I at no time meant any disrespect to the innocent(The other John Allisons). So please don't smear anyones name. I haven't heard from this guy yet, so let's just say I learned a valuable lesson. For all of the people that I have offended, I do apologize and really meant no harm. Let's just say this party is over!

Just wanted everyone to know That there are two Jim Sloans out there.
The one who pays with bogus money orders,rips off and insults folks is not me. Thom, hope you are dealing with the right Jim with the Sinclair sale!

Thanks for the clarification. All the hints I'd received were that he was in southern California. Have you checked with WUSPBA? If he's playing with a band, their website will help you locate all the PM's in Oregon.

I really hope this gets squared away nicely. We had one guy who didn't show up to band practice for a few weeks. We called. Left messages. The whole works. Emails. Then his phone was disconnected. He left with his uniform and a bass drum.

One of the advantages of being in a police band...we kind of were able to find him and persuade him to return the stuff. He had moved to Oregon and ...um... forgot to give us the stuff before he left!

Maybe Oregon makes people forgetful. Hey, California makes them crazy.

PiperT I'm sure he'll pop up somewhere.And hopefully a BDF member will "remind" him of his "forgetfulness." It's situations like this that make internet commerce, which can be so very efficient, just as risky as gambling. Hopefully, we've all learned something from this. T, if he shows up in Florida I'll take care of it for you. :wink:

Well, I guess now is the time to say that there are 2 serialkilters on this forum. One is a skitzo, NOT me and the other suffers from Paranoia, thats me.. :D

As for as John Allison goes, we are referring to the chanter stealer John Allison. YOU know who you are dude.. :mad:
