Hi,

Is it more convenient for U.S. based customers of your products to obtain your products through U.S. dealers?

Or are you set up for easy business to the U.S. from Canada?...

What about customs inspections... declarations?

Thanks in advance for your guidance

Actually, for our customers it is easier to ship to the US than Canada. The exchange is quite favorable. The shipping is often cheaper. Our Canadian customers pay GST. And importing to the US from Canada is duty free for supplies less than $1600 in value.

You asked about customs inspections. We have had two instances where a customs inspection has damaged the goods. We simply replace or repair the item. It has been very rare.

We have tried to make it easy to do business with customers in the US, Canada and overseas. We have an online shopping cart accepting Visa/MC/Money Orders. We have tried to make customer service paramount. Most orders are shipped in 48 hours. All orders are confirmed by email. Most importantly, our prices are very fair.

There is also a list of US retailers on our website.

If you choose to pay by credit card they set the exchange rate. Most credit card companies mark up the exchange at 2.5% above posted rates. Using this formula $1 Canadian is equivalent to $0.707 US today.
