Practice chanter mounts

Does anyone know where I might find replacement mounts (mouthpiece, ferrule, sole) for a practice chanter, other than the nasty ivoroid sort? I have a nice yew wood pc that is rather spoilt by the off-white plastic mounts.

Many pipe makers are likely have various old gash practice chanters kicking about, some of which may have bits of ivory or nicol silver that can be rescued.
