I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find the "fun" bag covers that have rather unconventional designs on them - ie. happy faces, leopard print, etc.???
If you have an inkling as to where I could get one, or order one, or whatever, please let me know!
Thanks a billion~!

Considering my most common dress, my wife thinks she should make me a cover from a Hawaiian shirt, or perhaps a tie-dyed one.

There used to be a dalmatian spotted one on ebay, don't think it's available any more, but you could check! :)

Carrie,
The octopus joke comes to mind....but involves a dalmation and a set of pipes.

To be honest, the easiest thing to do is get to know your sewing machine, and find your own material supplier - next time you're in the Toronto region, Ashleigh, drop into fashion town (Spadina/Queen) for material. Remember to buy stuff for the edges of all the holes... Use an old bag cover as a template.
A pipe bag will run you $30 or so to buy, I guess, about $2 to make...

Those are available new (I'm afraid!) from some weirdo lumberjacks (but their o.k., they work all day and...) in Washington state. Perhaps someone remembers them or their website from a post on the old RMMB about a year ago? They specialize in unconventional bagpipes and accessories. Actually they were very good people to swap emails with, good sense of humor when I ribbed them about the lumberjack thing.
