Drone reed recommendation for 1910 Hendersons

If the drone is tied in correctly, is it possible that your blow stick or mouth piece it too long? I dealt with that for years and to this day, I still have neck issues.

I was on the PC for about six months then spent about six weeks on a goose ,with PC and the bass drone, before transitioning to the GHB. I think it was beneficial.
