I didn't get very far either. Listened to samples throughout the track but it never varied much. Affected me like fingernails on a chalkboard.

Sorry Pip01. Didn't see this till just now. "Our Natives" was composed by Simon Blackshaw and can be found in 'A Collection of Contemporary Bagpipe Music'. I recently heard the tune and liked it...

The tune "Farewell to Camraw" is commemorative of ????Pipe Band who got rid of their Warmac chanters (Camraw is 'Warmac' spelled backwards) and switched to a newer chanter.

I've cleaned the soft cotton brushes with dish soap.....air dried. They came out clean and no problems.


For oiling and drying out drones (dry out each time after playing), I use a shot gun...

2 pipers in the band play the Edge reeds....Atherton Premier and Atherton Legacy pipes & the sound/tone they are getting is amazing. The reeds are extremely air efficient, the strike in and cut off...

There are 2 bags and both are "large" I believe. I can get a measurement if interested. I have pictures but the only marking on the bags is the month and year it was made.
