Callum have managed to resolve the problem checked everything to make sure there was not any leaks and changed the drone reeds to Canning and all seems to good now. Thanks again for all your advice...

Robert thank you for help I have checked everything made sure nothing is leaking and changed the drone reeds to Cannings and everything is now working great

I have done the three steps you have mention

First the bag is air tight after 20 minutes a blow a very small amount of air into the bag

Second the chanter played 6 tunes was struggling with...

New pipes issue

I have just bought a new set of Booth Pipes with a small bag, I have been learning on McCallum Pipes with a medium bag. I am struggling to blow a tune with the new Booth Pipes the reed continually...

I have been told the Long PC is better than the Standard PC as the holes are the same position as the bagpipe chanter. I have bought a Naill Long PC but I am having difficulties covering the holes...

Cheers Paul much appreciated as I have found when I practice to long I start to make mistakes then find it hard to correct the mistake. Will take your advices and try shorter sessions

Your advice Paul Burke is much appreciated will keep up the practicing and listen more to the recordings of the tunes I am trying to learn with the band.

Is it better to do short practices say 15...
