Then yes. Tune to HA and go to Low A, if you hear any change or waiver in your drones- they're out of tune.

The composer has alot to do with it because they may just guve you permission to do it, thus its protected and sanctioned.

He's using a Bb chanter because he's a red hot chili piper. Bb is what they use to blend with the other instruments.

It works on regular and high pitched chanters, Keyed (A, C, D, Bb etc)...

C Nat and F Nat are just alternate fingering to flatten the note.

Play C (actually C Sharp) raise pinky and place down ring finger.

Boom! C Natural.

The pipes have way more than 9 notes...
