Pancelticpiper, what I mean is it doesn't matter a jot. I can't understand why so many people are hell bent on straining to hit certain Hz, rather than tune a chanter, balance it with drone and play...

Shepherd moulded, never fails.

Have tried most and always return to the Shepherds. Though I would say that I have had excellent results with Troy MacAllister too.
