Hi there - Where would I find the maker's mark/stamp on a set of Macleod's (not G&M's) It is about 10 yrs old. I have looked under the cords but can't find anything.

Any other suggestions as to...

I'd read somewhere (on a vendor's site, perhaps?) that the "Beck-type" combination water-trap/valve is not recommended for use with leather bags.

Any ideas why, and should I be...
