I can't remember the grade level, either Grade 4 or Grade 3, and when we checked the rules, it did forbid the foot tapping for Piobaireachd under the BCPA regulations.

I thought that tapping one's foot for Piobaireachd was not allowed in competition. My son was disqualified at one competition for tapping his foot.
