The iPad only checks each note from the base low A.

Try tuning to 475 hz.
You can only change individual notes by taping ( sharp ) or carving ( flat ).
You can however flatten or sharpen top hand or bottom hand by reed manipulation.

You may be in a position that the drones cannot tune up or down any further - to balance the chanter....

In competitions, should your dress and deportment be taken into consideration for scoring ? I've seen kilts from armpits to ankles recently, even in top performances !
