Cubase will record the technopipes just fine. Unless you have an external audio input you will need to use the microphone IN on your computer. You will need to get a 1/8" Stereo to 1/8" stereo...

I have the Technopipes and do essentially what you are trying to do. I connect them to my audio interface (Lexicon Omega or Presonus Firepod) using a splitter cable that pulgs into the Technopipes...

Ah... tone as in color tone not sound tone. I just received my cocobolo MacLellans a months ago. They are very nice relatively dark wood that has red tones to it.
