I think it is Inverness Gathering and if so your are not 100% accurate in your transcription - e.g. your fourth note b should be a c. It's clearly a simple time tune as opposed to a compound one...

You seem to be confused - the PM is Donald MacLean of Lewis (for whom Donald wrote the 6/8 march) and the L/Cpl is Donald MacLeod (also from Lewis).
