The field of bands was sure thin this year. The absence of Galloway, White Peaks, and the Idaho bands was certainly felt by everyone. I hope that it was just an off year and that we'll see them again.

Our grade 3 and 4 bands went in 2011, and were both put into the B divisions of our respective grades.

NY Metro was also in 3B, and ended up winning the day and being upgraded to G2 by the RSPBA...

I'm guessing that the photo is showing the harness from the back view and the snare attaches on the opposite side of the padded plate. Correct?
