My guess is that you are using bellows to power them. 5200 caulking by 3M is a good option. Needs to cure long enough to get the smell to die down. Should be able to get it on line. Wouldn't us it...

I tanned a deer skin using the brain method. Got the instructions from one of the Foxfire books. There are just enough brains in a deer to tan one deer hide. Had to soak the hide some. Used a bone...

You could get a little creative with it. Glue some fabric around it, maybe your tartan. Put your band logo on the top and bottom. Just keep it away from the bass drummer.

When I first started learning in the early 70's everyone wanted Hardie drones with a Henderson chanter. I have a 1970's Hardie set with a Hardie chanter and a Henderson Both sound great with them....

Do it all the time. Nice if you're out of the wind! The set screw on the reed cap keeps it from rolling if I need to lay it down. Keeps the reed safe too.

I was in the 9th Infantry Division until Feb. 1970 and know of no pipe bands. Would have saved me from having to go to Scotland to learn the pipes after getting out.
