1) you cant wind it in a cork screw pattern on your drones, that so when you turn your drones, they move up or down slightly, and it is easier to make minute...

I used to have athsma. I took my puffers for about 2 years before it finally went away. It didn't affect my piping a whole lot, it just affected me when i went running or bicycling for long distances

A couple things you may consider....If it is a new reed, the F and often times the C can be quite flat. Just shut the drones off and play for about 2 hours or so, by this time it should be better....
