McCallum makes folk pipes which would match up closely to what the OP was looking for. Quite apart from their more traditional looking smallpipes. I'd love a set.....
They may also be willing to...

Re: The Home Isles... Good Pubs for the Pipes

If your timings work out, you could always take in a meeting of the Eagle Pipers at the Scots Guards club in the Haymarket section of Edinburgh. Very good piping, beer and pies all in one spot....

Re: Finding a value for 3/4 pipes

They're just a standard bagpipe...a little more petit than the full sized versions and a small amount quieter...like comparing a Glen to a Henderson.

Re: Finding a value for 3/4 pipes

I also have an identical set....I traded them from a friend who wanted my very plain (no combing) McCallums as a back up parade set so his Hendersons would be safe.
I swapped out the chanter stock...

Re: Carbony Great Highland Whistle fingering?

I have 2 of them, one in A and one in D.
They are both tunable by sliding the mouthpiece...and I've had no issues with using standard bagpipe fingering.
My only difficulty is blowing soft enough...
