I'd also steer away from a Piobaireachd.

I 'd go go for something like a PB medely. I'd be tempted to go for something like a 'dance' GDuncan style, a couple of 2 parted jigs, a (very) short air, ...

I also hover around the mid 470s, prefer it overall.

Only setup change I've made is buying a set of my own pipes! So still got lots of kinks to iron out (drone reeds etc)
