Re: Practice Chanter hertz

Re: Grrrr. Pipe failure at memorial service!

Well, there's being absent-minded—I'm no stranger to that—and there's almost unavoidable bad luck. If you opened up your pipe case at the band performance to find that your neighbor's pet mouse got...

Re: Old Geezer Group on FB

So, why start yet another FB group and fracture the piping community even more?

Just use the Adult Pipers forum here at BDF:

Ok, team. I need some assistance. I'm up to my eyeballs at work—seems the story of my life—and don't have time to dig to review this page which is sorely in need of an update.

If one or more of...

Re: The Barbarrick Music Bagpipe Mute

It's also a limited market. You can't really make it up on quantity of sales. There are only so many bagpipers. And only so many with the need. I do keep mine around. It has its uses for sure. W.A.F....

Re: The Barbarrick Music Bagpipe Mute

I'll echo what was said above. It's lightweight and does what it's supposed to. Your hot moist breath ends up in the bag so the mute can get damp and warm. Maybe that'd be less of an issue for...

Re: Grrrr. Pipe failure at memorial service!

Re: Grade 1 versus Open piping

I say "properly", because if you sandbag and...
