Perhaps the stock is rotating? Maybe if you retied the stock with some of that self-fusing silicone tape around the stock’s tie-in groove to give the synthetic bag something to grab onto?

I have only experienced it with leather bags that require you to fold the bag to get the chanter into position.

I sight read it on uilleann pipes per request at a bar gig once and so now itís in my uilleann tune book. Not a bad melody when it can be played properly.

Breathing looks okay. Donít jerk the bag with your elbow as you did at the beginning of conundrum, bad habit to get into (lungs provide air pressure, not your arm, arm just keeps it steady).

Adobe Premiere syncs video and audio tracks perfectly and automatically. Might be cheaper in both money and time to identify a (used/older?) device that you can dedicate to the task, though.

Jon, on my iPhone if I use an external mic through the lightning port all weirdness goes away. What type of phone do you have? What type of mic are you plugging in?
