Walsh pipes are very simple things by comparison.
Mussetes are made by perhaps 5 makers today, they are still played...

The way GHB and lowland pipes are usually set up means they play and perform more like a parallel bore than a conically bored instrument.
We can all learn from each other's methods and traditions...

My favourite bit of kit is my pocket version of my Echanter, it's about the same finger spacing as Northumbrian small pipe, but it does make it very portable, with exactly the same functionality as...

I've made my own midi controllers...think there are some older threads relating to this.
Midi to usb convertor cables in my experience don't work on mobile devices it seems...

Not sure about the technochanter, but can say that sadly the wifi puc is almost obsolete. I couldn't update mine, and so ended up buying at a reduction the puc+ bluetooth version. This works...

A cylindrical bore does not by nature cross finger and does not over blow at the octave, take a look at a clarinet, northumbrian smallpipes or musette du coeur, they all require keys to correctly get...
