Default Re: New Pipemaker: Alexander Graham

I notice that now on Ebay there are pipes made by Stewart Bagpipes in Vratsa, Bulgaria.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Brand-New-s...WuRs:rk:1:pf:0

The seller (John MacKenzie) states that Stewart Bagpipes is "formerly Graham Bagpipes of New Cumnock".

Here's Stewart Bagpipes' site

https://stewartbagpipes.eu/

I don't see Alexander Graham's name specifically linked to Stewart Bagpipes but the styling of the pipes looks the same.

BTW in searching online I see his name also spelt Alexander DeGraham.

What's the thing with Scottish boutique pipemakers moving to Bulgaria? First Doug MacPherson, now this? Is it an EU thing?
