Spalpeen and District is a drum corps. No pipers. We're just a bunch of old friends who have played against each other for a long time and decided to put together a drum line. Just a fun thing to keep our skill levels polished. No real leadeer, but I've nominated Dave Keachie to be the DS. I'm sure he's please with me.

Actually, I think there will be 3 Colorado bands there; it's my understanding that Michael Collins Pipes and Drums is going as well.
And a one-day contest is a plus in my book!

4 -5 UT bands, 3 CO bands and possibly 2 more out of state bands. Big contest...

There will be a lot more than 4-5 Utah bands... should be more like:
Wasatch G3
Wasatch G4
Wasatch G5
Salt Lake G4
Utah G4
Utah G5?
White Peaks G4
Payson G5
Galloway G4
Ben Lomond G5

Hope I haven't forgotten anyone.
