Default What the bartender misunderstood

I met up with one of my students for a pint the other night. I had made both our practice chanters and designed his where the chanter top had a bit more heft. Mine was an older design with a longer chanter top.
He had noticed the difference and was asking me about it. I said, "Yours is a bit thicker, but mine's a fair bit longer." Unfortunately, the bartender was just walking up to see if we wanted refills when she heard me saying that and took it way out of context.

For which of you, did she buy a drink?

Neither; she's married.
Why this got moved here, when it's an anecdote and not a joke is beyond me.
