Default BMW Repeat between 1st and 2nd part on same staff

I have a staff where the last bar is played differently each time around. I can get all 5 bars to show up, along with the parts 1 and 2 markers but the moment I try and put a repeat after part 1, part 2 disappears.

An example of what I'm doing (this is just repeated B's and not an actual tune):

& sharpf sharpc
I!'' B_4 B_4 !
B_4 B_4 !
B_4 B_4 !
'1 B_4 B_4 _' ''!I
'2 D_4 D_4 _' !It

if I replace the ''!I with !, it prints both parts but I'm left without the repeat marker after the 1st bar. I also run into the same issue when ending the first bar with !I.

Any idea how to have a repeated part in the middle of a staff?

Edit: Looking at it some more, it doesn't look to have anything to do with the parts but more to do with the 'I'. If I place a !I at the end of bar two, and not using any 'part' markers, it ends the line and the last two bars are not printed.

The only way I can get BMW to print and both parts is to place each part on its own staff, repeating the first three bars each time.

Thanks

This code will give you what you want I think.

Code:
& sharpf sharpc
I!'' B_4 B_4
! B_4 B_4
! B_4 B_4
! '1 B_4 B_4 _'
! '2 D_4 D_4 _'
''!I

Thanks. That works, at least from a playback perspective. I had been trying to put the "end repeat" at the end of part one, then a "final" (thin-thick) at the end of part 2.

A funny discovery was that Patrick McLaurin's BMW to ABC converter recognized what I was trying to do and printed out the ABC notation correctly.
