Default Fisher Smallpipes

I have been looking at smallpipes for awhile and JUST came acrossed Fisher Bagpipes. Has anyone heard these first hand or played them? Any thoughts?

Hi Isaac,

I live not too far from Wayne and have been to his shop a couple of times. IMHO his work looks and sounds great. Great workmanship and a fine fellow to boot.
(I'm not much of a small pipes player myself but he did help me out with some border pipes that needed repair).
