Default Jerusalem, the holy city...

Could anyone direct me to where I can find this tune? I have read in an old thread that "the church piper" might be a place to find it...

My link to The Church Piper, Dr. Keith E. MacDonald, does not work any more. I see a lot of references to his series of books when I did a Google search but can't find his web site and his search engine for all his books.

Cheers! Phil
