It's a head scratcher. Definitely looks like Toronto. What tartan did Celtic Flair wear in those days?

I see Isle Of Skye, and perhaps the Ancient Campbell and Weathered MacLean of Duart. What I don't see is the Stirling and Bannockburn, so you're probably right, same group but different year.

It looks like it is the Easter parade along Kingston Road in Toronto. I've done that one in cold and drizzle and in summer-like heat. Isle of Skye was worn by the Blackwater Pipe Band back 20 years ago.

Looks like Stirling and Bannockburn behind the red kilt.
I said earlier that they were in America but they were in Pine Falls Manitoba.
Not sure if they are still around
