I'd like to buy the live recording of the second set of Gordon Walker tunes that can be heard on this weeks BBC "Pipeline" program. According to the playlist, the tunes ares: The Old Wife of the Milldust, Angus John MacNeill of Barra, John Paterson's Mare, The Cameronian Rant
BBC recording, SPA knockout final, June 1993 Do you know which compilation may include this live recording? |

Usually, if it just says "BBC recording" and doesn't credit an album, it's just something from the BBC archives.
You might try emailing Gary West via the email button here and ask to be sure. |

In case you don't get the recording but want to hear Gordon anyway:
AFAIK these are very common tunes in Gordon's repertoire - I don't have my TWGP-cassette handy but if I'm not totally wrong the tunes are on it (not sure about Angus John ...). Cheers, Jurgen

Man, that was a killer jig set! It would have been great to hear Gordon Duncan's offering that day as well. "Just for Seaumus," hehe.

The Old Wife of the Milldust, John Paterson's Mare, The Cameronian Rant, etc. are on Gordon's CD: The World's Greatest Pipers vol. 13. released in 1996.
It's all as good as ever with Gordon.
