I have been known to play a set on bagpipes while wearing vlederhsen, aLoden Jacke and an Alpen hut back when I was playing tuba and singing in German bands, if that counts.

I agree. Have you heard of the the Airy Glengarry? I haven't tried this myself but thought about it. For winter I think a Balmoral may be the truck.
