I doubt that the New Westminster Police PB (Grade 2) is still active. There has been nothing posted on their website or their Facebook page since 2012, they have not competed since 2012 and they are no longer listed on the BC Pipers' Association website.

Chilliwack & District also appears to be defunct, at least as a grade 2 band. No longer listed on the BC Pipers' Association website and doesn't appear to have competed since 2010.
