Heya Klondyke. This chanter was made for these pipes in the early 20th century. They tune on the hemp line (both) for the bass, and a little higher than the hemp line for the tenors. Playing cane reeds.
The chanter is 5 -6 hz sharper than it would have been when new due to aging.
