You have some good choices mentioned here, but I will give one word of caution, Siege of Delhi, though a good tune, usually results in the opportunity for a load of crossover noises if you are not careful.
Also Oly, I don't think PC welcome to Lochaber is a Peter MacLeod tune it is a much more recent compostion. But it is a nice beginning 2/4 march.

I think the Edinburgh City Police a great tune, but not in a grade 4 contest. I have always played a lot of Roddy Cambpell's tunes over the years and like them.

I have played Siege of Delhi and Carradale Bay. Siege of Delhi is an easy first tune to play. Carradale bay is relatively easy but a bit tougher
