As some friends of mine would say, "May his memory be eternal." With these forums and website, that will surely be the case.

My condolences to his family.

As with everyone else here, a huge sense of loss and much heart felt sympathy to Bob's family and friends. "Dad" will be forever missed not only here but everywhere that Bob left his stamp.

I will personally take a moment at 4 PM EST, Nov 12th to think, reflect and say a quiet prayer.

I could not believe it when I read the announcement, I thought that Bob had entirely recovered from previous blows of his illness. How very sad, and depressing - my condolences go to his family and to those who knew him personally! But as long as his forum will live Bob Dunsire will be remembered, every single day, his website is a wonderful contribution to communication and understanding on a global scale. I admire him for that, for his creative spirit, and for his dedication to the piping world. We will never forget you, Bob.
