I made my own pipe bag
It's comfortable, and it manages the water, though I do pull the chanter and drones out after playing. It's two layers; I wanted the outer layer to be protected from internal moisture, not only to protect the design of the outer layer but to maintain optimal tone longer. The tone turned out to be quite resonant, and a boost to the bass drone and top hand.
