Default Drummer T-shirts

There's a thread in the beer tent asking people about cool "piping t-shirts". Ray D raised the question where are the drumming t-shirts? I haven't seen any....

I've got a couple of Band T-shirts, a "Real Men Wear Kilts" shirt, and a few others, none of which are unique to drummers.

Do any of you own any, or better yet know wear we might get find a few?

Good idea Craig. Tommy, why don't you see what you can drum up (no pun intended) and we can toss around some ideas! Perhaps something more subtle for the younger guys.

I'd be happy to Gary, as for puns, I find great satisfaction in hiding them. (ie. my original post.)

A former member of my current band used to (quite proudly) walk about at contests with the words "Acoustic Barbarians" stitched into his band shirt. However the best one I have seen was a spoof of Men In Black. It had the MIB logo with the B stroked out and replaced with a tartan K with the words "Men In Kilts - here to protect you from the scum of the beer-tent" printed underneath.

Here are some,

Drummers do it on the side.

Drummers are the pulse of the band.

We need our beatings.

Get a Grip!

I'm wearing a kilt, playing the drum and the best question you can come up with is "Are you Irish?"

Loud Drums Save Pipes.

Q. Why is a drum machine better than a drummer?
A. Because it can keep a steady beat and won't sleep with your girlfriend.

Drummers beat it in public.

Q. Why are drummers better than drum machines?
A. You don't have to plug 'em in to get something stiff, mechanical and uninspired.

Ah some good some bad.

I always liked:

Pipe band drumming, if it was any easier they'd call it DCI.

That's sure to start a conversation

The best drumming shirt I've seen is from the Calgary Police Pipe Band; it reads
"You Bring it, We'll Bang it" and I am a proud owner of one, courtesy of the drum corps I worked with.
Our band made one which read 'Paradidilum Adinfinitum' on the back; both Jim Kilpatrick and Phil Collins own one. Pipe corps one reads 'Shut up and Play'.
