Default Lee Scottish Industries - problem seller?

I purchased a copy of the Alastair Gillies MSR cd-rom from this seller on EBay. They’re listed from Washington State.

No communication, no product. I emailed them via EBay for shipping confirmation - nothing.

I did get my money back, then stupidly ordered from them again, thinking that maybe there was just a weird oversight on their behalf. Still nothing.

Has anyone else had any dealings with this seller?

Thanks,
Charlie

If they are who I think they are, they're also known as the Tartan Thistle in Freeland, WA. They've been going through the wringer of late, with Angus being ill and Maureen passing away in January. They're good people, but you caught them at the worst possible time. I expect that life was hitting them hard and your order was lost in the maelstrom.

This comes up at their website:

Dear Valued Customer - Thank you so much for your business. At this time our online store is closed temporarily. We hope to be back online in no time. Please continue to check back for updates. - Tartan Thistle Management

That explains things. I did get a refund cos I paid via PayPal.

Given the background, I may change my EBay reviews of their service.
