Default Pipe Major McCutcheon

On my list of Pipe Majors of military Pipes & Drums I have 2 P/Ms with the surname McCutcheon:
- Hugh, P/M Army Apprentices' School Arborfield 1954-1957,
RAEC, took commission in 1957, died 2014.
- Norman, P/M Royal Irish Fusiliers 1957-1962,
born Omagh, Co. Tyrone, died 2000.
I am in particular interested to know their middle names, if any, year/place of birth, place of death and if there was any familiy relationship.
Your help will be appreciated.

have you checked the Royal Irish Rangers music collection? I know there is a picture of McCutcheon in it, can't recall if a middle name or initial is mentioned or not.

Since my earlier post I have learned that P/M Norman McCutcheon was also P/M of the 5th Bn Royal Irish Fusiliers in/around 1952 and P/M of the North Irish Brigade, Depot. Does someone know when he was P/M in the North Irish Brigade.
One other name of a P/M in the North Irish Brigade is Albert V. Price (1961-1968). Any others?
The North Irish Brigade existed from 1947 to 1968 as Depot for the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers, the Royal Ulster Rifles and the Royal Irish Fusiliers
