Default MCS Suction Cups?

I'm using the Bannatyne Dri-Flo system. Quick question - anyone know if the suctions cups used for some moisture control systems to attach to the stocks are available at hardware stores, and if so, where to find them? I've just realized I agreed to play an outside Veterans Day thing on Monday, and need to get the plastic pipes ready to go this weekend.

Worst case scenario: I'll hemp the tubes up and be good to go. It's not a crisis - it would just be nice to find the suction cups locally rather than ordering them for a set of pipes I only use a couple of times a year, and be able to leave them on so I don't have to hemp the MCS every time I do extended playing on them (e.g., I don't have a real problem, I'm just lazy).
