Default Utah Smallpipes Maker

Hey everyone, I posted a while back about my friend and instructor starting up a new pipe making company, Morrill Bagpipes. Here's an update on another set he's currently undertaking. The drones are made of a wood called Knobthorn with Ebony ferrules and caps. Check out his his company via their Facebook page, Morrill Bagpipes. My set, along with several others, as well as his new project involving a GHB reproduction set.

Hey friend- I know Andrew makes lovely pipes, so I was excited to see the photo, but I got a, "bad link," message. Maybe it's just me, but it might be with double-checking...

Lovely pipes! Your guy sure has "the eye". (Some makers have it, some don't, simple as that.)

Hopefully I'll be able to hear a set in person. We often see Utah bands at various Games, and perhaps somebody will show up with a set of those smallpipes.

Ross, myself and another member of our band will have our sets in Vegas next week for the games there. Stop by the Wasatch & District Pipe Band tent to check them out!

I was there at Vegas on Sunday but I forgot to go by the Wasatch tent.

Will you guys be at Costa Mesa?

I'll try to remember to bring my 100 year old smallpipes, maybe we can do some smallpiping! (Mine are in A=440, my doublepipes are Bb 466.)
