And I have to say I am pretty satisfied with it and should have considered to buy delrin/poly set as my first instead of beautiful, better sounding, but fragile and a bit-more-difficult-to-tune and maintain BW...
You mention more $ to get a zipper bag. These generally cost About $175 for a ( highly recommended ) hybrid bag with ‘leather like’ feel and heft.

So ..now you’re at ca $650...+ shipping.

If you are really committed to this....do yourself a large favor...order a set direct from Mccallum if you can make a phone call to them... ( or a retailer ...in DE?) ....10 yr warranty..it will come with everything you’ll need...get a standard practice chanter also. About $900-1000 total with shipping.

I meant to say earlier, you should avoid getting pipes, practice chanters, and reeds on Ebay until you know what you are looking at. Especially if there is a bit of a language barrier. Music stores, souvenir stores, auction websites, or any other source that doesn't specialize in bagpipes, are risky sources. This is how people end up with Pakistani bagpipes.

The College of Piping will ship internationally - you might look at getting a "green book" and a good practice chanter. It comes with a DVD, which will help until you have a chance to sit with someone in person. They are in Scotland. I'm not promoting any particular store, just giving an example of a reliable source:
https://online.collegeofpiping.org/t...-1-starter-kit

Or here, (though shipping from North America might be more expensive):
https://www.hendersongroupltd.com/ca...idProduct=4019

those are examples to get you an idea of legitimate pipe dealers. Maybe someone on here knows sources closer to you. You can also look at full sets of Highland bagpipes on them to get an idea of what a quality instrument looks like and costs. No pressure - you can take time to research different makes of pipes while you're working on the practice chanter.
best of luck
Hey, I understand now yeah i saw few sites but they haven't international shipping
but also i may have a trip to UK in summer, so i will check pipes and other things in their land
