Default Gibson - New Factory Up and Running?

Has anyone received any pipes made in the new Nashua, NH facility or placed any orders with the new owners? Their website also seems to have been taken down a few days ago.

Saw that too. Hope nothing bad happened to them. Love their pipes!

So according to a vendor in the Pacific NW area, the new Gibson factory is indeed up and running with a mixture of old turners who decided to move to NH from Ohio and some new ones. The Gibson website, however, is still DOA.

The New location is up and running. The owner is the pipe major for NHPA Pipes and Drums. As far as Gibson's website, there was an issue with whoever runs the site and they cant swap it over to the new information. Gibson in Nashua has since set up a new facebook page run by Campbell Webster in the mean time.

Hello,
We have been up and running as of Nov, 11th 2014. We are currently manufacturing all of the same great products and have been able to speed up production quite a lot while also being able to improve the quality. Our website will be down for about another week but will be up very soon. Feel free to check us out on Facebook or give us a call at our shop at (603)-402-2972.

Cheers,
Campbell Webster

This could be interpreted in several ways. Could you elaborate?

That aside, congratulations on your new venture! It's an undertaking more daunting and complicated than I can imagine.

Our band uses Gibson almost exclusively.. so we're all very interested in the "quality improvement" as well.

I heard an advertisement for some car on the radio which was curiously worded, as best I can recall

"The new Ford ______ is the same car all love. But better!"

Obviously Charlie sold out. When did this happen? Is he still with us?
