Did PM Evan MacRae's memoir, tentatively entitled OVER THE CHINDWIN TO LOCHABER, ever make it into print. Google revealed nothing.

Didn't I read something quite recently about his son getting it printed? If so, it may be getting done in Lochaber time, which runs rather differently from the rest of the known universe.
