Default Nonbenbadle tongues for John Walsh A smallpipes

Hey pipers,
So far, I haven't successfully communicated with any drone reed maker out there, but here's the problem.
So, my Delrin John Walsh A2000 smallpipes have built-in reeds as you may know, and the tongues are replaceable. However, they're polycarbonate tongues, and I am personally not the biggest fan of bendable tongues because no matter what, bendable tongues have always been unstable in my experience (on my Highland pipes I switched from Canning reeds to Selbies for this reason). I would prefer nonbendable tongues such as carbon fiber or hard stiff plastic that doesn't bend, or at least can be molded into a permanent bend like Crozier or Kinnaird tongues. Does anyone know of anybody who might be able to possibly make some tongues for my drone reeds on my smallpipes? The tongue bed is flat, but I don't know the length of the original tongues but they're really old and bent, and I have the hardest time tuning the drones now, compared to how I used to.
I've contacted Kinnairds with no response just yet, and I have no idea who else to turn to on the matter, even after surfing some of these forums. I remember you said you experimentally made drone reeds, so I thought I could ask you.
I bought these smallpipes in April of 2012 and had the reeds ever since, so this may explain why the tongues are almost dead.

Thanks in advance.

Michael

Oh crap! I can't edit my post! I meant to delete the part about experimentally making drone reeds. I'm dumb for pasting that in, I literally cut and pasted that in from an email to a pipemaker who also makes experimental drone reeds. Andrew or any one of the moderators can you PLEASE edit that out please?
